Hi, I'm Jay Soriano, Your Las Vegas Event Photographer.

A specialist in portraiture, I love shooting events because I’m able to bring my experience from portraiture to help people feel comfortable in a fast paced environment or event.

I love the interactions with clients and I love bringing out the best in people even when they think they’re not quite photogenic.

At it’s core, that’s what a big chunk of event photography is about. Especially with really big events, I may have short interactions with people – and it’s my job to just help them feel comfortable in front of the camera.

Me vs Other Event Photographers

Anti-Salesy Photographer: Many event photography companies are heavily sales based, hidden fees, upsells, etc. I don’t do any of that. Transparent pricing, all posted below. Any questions? Just ask.

Looking for a photographer for your event, birthday, bachelor/bachelorette party, store opening, corporate event, etc.? These packages are designed for events of 10+ people.

Note: These packages exclude weddings. Wedding packages include (and require) an additional photographer, advanced retouching and more.

I offer honest, affordable and transparent pricing. I include un-watermarked, full resolution photos with a release for prints.

Weekday Event Photography Rates

$450 for 2 Hours of Event Photography Coverage
$600 for 3 Hours of Event Photography Coverage
$750 for 4 Hours (Half-Day) of Event Photography Coverage
$1250 for 8 Hours (Full-Day) of Event Photography Coverage

Extras

Add $100 for Weekend / Holiday Rates (Friday-Sunday, Major Holidays)
Add $50 for Travel (for parking/valet) to Las Vegas Strip, Downtown Las Vegas, Las Vegas Convention Center & Lake Las Vegas
Buy the Raw Photos (for editors) – $50
$125 per additional hour after 8 hours

Payment is due after event for single-day events. For multiple days (conferences, etc.), 50% deposit is required.

With event photography, I do little culling and offer most shots from the shoot. This usually amounts to about 50+ photos per hour depending on the event, how many people, size of the venue, etc.
