Group Pricing for Headshots – Minimum 3+ People

On-location photographer with portable backgrounds and lighting, I can come straight to your office and need minimal space to setup… A conference room, or even a small office is perfect.

A specialist in headshots, I come prepared with a camera with Dual SD card slots, in the event of a failure to one card. I also have a backup camera, flash triggers, batteries, etc. I understand how difficult it can be to get a group 5 or even 20 people together at once. A photographer who can’t deliver can cost your company a lot of time and money.

Please note that my solo headshots are 60+ minutes per session. Group headshots are designed with speed and consistency in mind. 5-20 minutes per person and your group receives a consistent look across all photos perfect for website, brochures, etc.

• Your choice of one background color – White, Black, Gray, Dark Blue or Green Screen Background (Additional colors available upon request). Please request a quote for more of an editorial style. An environmental background (usually blurred background) can be done too, but the final result really depends on the environment. Examples are listed above, if you’re not sure which one to pick, dark blue tends to be the fan favorite.
• All photos will be lightly edited (exposure, color)
• 1 extended retouches is included per person (skin retouching, stray hairs, redness, wrinkles, etc.). $15 for each additional extended retouch.
• 48-hour turnaround time after payment, and another 48 hours for extended retouches (72 hours for 15+ People)
• Prices include travel to your location (within 15 miles)
• $50 additional for travel to Las Vegas Strip or Downtown Las Vegas, the fee also covers parking.

Backgrounds are portable, about 5’x7′. Perfect for half length on up to headshots (this background is too small for group shots). Group shots can be shot with your office as the background, or a nearby outdoor location.

I’ve designed my packages to completely honest and transparent with no hidden fees. My packages are built for 95% of businesses, but for those with custom needs, here are some common extras:

• Green Screen (or White/Gray Background) Extractions – Delivered in a transparent .png file for an extra $20 per photo
• One Extended Retouch is included per person, each additional retouch is $15.
• Expedited Delivery (24-Hours) – $30
• Buy the RAW Photos (ie. the filetype designed for editors) – $50

$750 – 2 Hours (7-14 People)

• 120+ Full Resolution Images

$1000 – 3 Hours (15-29 People)

• 200+ Full Resolution Images

$1250 – 4 Hours (30-49 People)

• 300+ Full Resolution Images

$1500 – 4-6 Hours (50-99 People)

• 300+ Full Resolution Images

$1750 – 6-8 Hours (100-150 People)

Do you want to do your shoot outdoors? Outdoor shoots are 10% off any package! Just keep in mind natural light shoots are best scheduled about an hour before sunset.

For larger groups, conference and/or expo booths, please contact me for a custom quote at [email protected]. Providing headshots at your expo booth is a great way to attract attention, as well as develop a relationship with the client. Edits will be delivered within 3 business days. A full experience, including providing an edit on the spot is also available (optional upgrade).

Important Notes:

Payment is due at the time of the shoot and/or an invoice can be sent immediately after. Invoices must be paid before final delivery of photos.

Please have everyone ready, if for some reason you have a few people that miss the session, an additional 30-minute session and travel is $200 (limit 3 people).
